Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.
- Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return:
- Email us at ceceliadesigns@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

Return Shipping Costs:
- The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- A notification will be sent once your return has been processed.

Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange your item for a different product, please mention this in your email. Exchanges are subject to availability.
