All orders placed online with be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends & holidays. 

 

FREE EXCHANGES ON ALL US ORDERS + NO RESTOCKING FEES. YOU HAVE 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER TO INITIATE EXCHANGE. WE CURRENTLY ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT ON ALL ELIGIBLE RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUND TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.

HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?

 

Email service@ceceliadesigns.com your name and order number. After your eligibilty is determinded, we will email you a return label. You can print out your return label and adhere it to your return package. Once we receive your return package in the mail, we will process the return. You will receive an email confirmation, after your package has been processed, with a promotion code you can use to redeem your Cecelia store credit!  

 

SHIPPING & RETURNS

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?

 

Expect an emailed promotion code within 1-3 business days of the delivery of your Return at our warehouse based on the high volume of returns. Please note this increase of processing time is due to the addition of FREE RETURNS. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at time of purchase. Store Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed.
